Achivements: Shauntell was raised in a high poverty community of North Omaha. This is where she gained her strength to overcome life’s challenges. She excelled in Elementary and junior high where she developed her love for music with making the All-State Band. Shauntell graduated from Omaha Northwest High School in 2004 with a great desire to continue her education. She is currently on the dean’s list enrolled as a junior studying chemistry at Metropolitan Community College in Omaha, Nebraska. She is currently planning on transferring to a traditional University to reach her goal of obtaining a Doctrine of Pharmacy. Shauntell has a goal of improving the quality of life of underprivileged individuals with affordable healthcare efforts. Shauntell has used her strengths and leadership skills to make a major impact in her community by dedicating many hours of community service by mentoring youth, being president of a youth organization, and being a positive role model for young and older women.
